How many times should I brush a day?

The American Dental Association suggest that everyone should brush their teeth two times a day using a quality fluoride toothpaste and for about two minutes. Flossing after eating because there happens to be food stuck in the teeth is also recommended because leftover food particles is one of the top reasons for tooth decay.
